Augment Cary is a recovery studio in MacGregor Village that gathers a long menu of wellness tech under one roof, with a contrast-therapy core: cold immersion tubs, a traditional hot-stone sauna and a separate infrared sauna. Around them sit compression boots, a PEMF dome, a red light booth, a halo salt room, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and high-power laser therapy. It is built for people managing aches, poor sleep or training load who want a plan rather than a one-off sweat; the team builds a routine with you, and contrast therapy here means alternating the hot-stone sauna and the cold tub. Memberships are sold by the number of core services per month (Enhance, Amplify and Augment tiers), non-members can buy single visits or day-pass packs, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Prices are quoted in person or by phone. Bring swimwear for the sauna and plunge; towels, water and sanitized slides for the wet room are provided. The general age minimum is 14. Augment is a national franchise, and the Cary studio opens early (6 a.m. on weekdays), which makes a pre-work plunge realistic.
