AWANA Spa & Wellness is the spa at Resorts World on the north Strip, built around a co-ed thermal area called the Fountain of Youth. It strings together a row of vitality pools that step from hot down to a cold plunge, vapor-filled steam rooms, a heated Crystal Laconium room with salt therapy, heated tepidarium chairs, cool-mist showers and a Rain Walk, plus an event sauna that runs Art of Aufguss sessions with a sauna master on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Anyone 18 or older can come in, hotel guest or not. A three-hour Fountain of Youth Passport has been quoted at $120 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and $140 Thursday to Monday, with locker, robe and sandals included; two passports buy six hours, and access is included when you book a qualifying treatment. Because the whole circuit is co-ed, it suits couples and friends who want to go through the heat and cold together. Walk-ins are taken based on availability, but reservations are encouraged, and a 20% service charge applies to spa bookings. Time a weekend visit around an Aufguss session for the theatrical towel-waving heat rounds, then work down the vitality pools to the cold plunge.
