Be Well Studio

Be Well Studio is a membership wellness club in a northwest Las Vegas shopping center on West Craig Road, opened in April 2025 by Nelson Tressler and Adam Brown. It packs more than 15 therapies into one suite, and the heat-and-cold side is unusually deep: three saunas (infrared, traditional dry and a workout sauna), cold plunges set at 40, 50, 60 and 70°F, and a hot tub, alongside red light, hyperbaric oxygen, float tanks, a salt cave, an oxygen bar, a BioCharger room and compression. Visits are built around Be Well Experiences, roughly one-hour circuits that chain several therapies; the Red Aqua Flame of Wellness, for example, runs red light, sound vibration, sauna, cold plunge and hot tub in sequence. No appointment is needed. Non-members pay $99 for a one-hour pass, $149 for two hours or $199 for an Infinity Day Pass that opens every service, and five- and ten-session packs are sold. Memberships are capped at 250 people and include unlimited visits and guest passes; the studio advertises them from about $16 a session but does not publish monthly prices, so call or book a free tour first. The graduated plunge temperatures make it an easy place to try cold water for the first time. The founders met at church and built the studio around their own families' health challenges, and the space is regularly booked out for birthdays, bachelorette parties and corporate retreats.
