beem Light Sauna Durham
1034 Yunus Rd Ste 120, Durham, NC
beem Light Sauna Durham is a franchise light-therapy studio off Yunus Road in southeast Durham, near Brier Creek and RTP. Instead of a shared hot room it rents private suites: a full-spectrum infrared sauna with built-in chromotherapy, and separate red light rooms, with green and blue light treatments on the menu as well. It suits people who want a gentle, solo sweat on their own schedule rather than a social sauna. Infrared sessions run about 40 minutes and can be paired with a 15-minute red light session, and first-time clients get a buy-one-get-one intro session. Pricing is built around packs and memberships: 5 sessions for $209 (about $42 each), 10 for $369, 20 for $609, or month-to-month memberships at $109 for four sessions, $149 for eight and $179 unlimited. beem says sessions are HSA/FSA eligible. There is no cold plunge here, so think of it as a quiet, private heat-and-light session rather than contrast therapy.
