Blu Life Wellness is a small Escondido studio offering private full-spectrum infrared sauna rooms with chromotherapy and an Orca cold plunge, alongside med-spa services such as IV therapy and body contouring. Each sauna room is yours alone for 45 minutes, with the temperature set to your preference. It is one of the few sauna and cold plunge options in inland North County, and an approachable place to start: a single sauna session is $45, a cold plunge is $29, and memberships run from $119 a month for four contrast visits to $199 a month for unlimited sauna and plunge. Booking is by appointment through Mindbody. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday with a midday break from 2pm to 4pm, Saturday mornings, and closed Sunday and Monday.
