CURE de Repos Ardmore is the Main Line outpost of Chrissy Dress's Chestnut Hill day spa, opened in late 2024 in the ground floor of the Cricket Flats building a block off Lancaster Avenue. The 2,800-square-foot space, designed by Dress herself, has ceilings up to 18 feet, warm caramel walls and treatment rooms off a curved hallway, and pairs a full facial, massage and head-spa menu with a private infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a red-light bed. Sauna and plunge sessions are 30 minutes for one person: $35 for the infrared sauna, $25 for the plunge, or $50 for both, with a guest for $25. The sauna is included with every 60-minute spa service. Ten-packs ($300, $200 or $450 for the combo) never expire and monthly bundles of 4, 8 or 12 sessions run $125-$250; all work across both CURE locations. Book through Vagaro or call ahead. Parking is free in the Cricket Flats garage. Come here when you want contrast therapy without a gym feel: a quiet, design-forward spa where a 30-minute sweat and plunge can bookend a facial or a massage, with Wednesday and Thursday hours running to 8 p.m.
