dtXfy Wayne
133 E Swedesford Rd, Wayne, PA
dtXfy Wayne is the Main Line flagship of Denise Lehmann's recovery-studio brand, opened in October 2023 in the Gateway Shopping Center on Swedesford Road, a year after the original Manayunk studio. It runs the same menu in a larger footprint: private full-spectrum infrared saunas with chromotherapy lighting (a two-person cabin, a three-person Retreat sauna with a lounger, and a solo red light sauna), a private cold-plunge suite, red light therapy, 6D massage pods, PEMF and EZ Water therapy. Sessions are private and booked through Mindbody or the dtXfy app: bring up to two people into a sauna for 30-40 minutes, shower, then take the plunge for contrast. A first visit is $35; after that, single sessions run around $49 and monthly memberships range from four sessions for $139 to 48 sessions for $479, with 3-, 6- and 10-session packs. There are two showers and easy shopping-center parking. The studio keeps 8 a.m. weekday openings, stays open to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and runs 9 to 5 on weekends, so it slots in around a Main Line commute.
