East West Wellness STL is a massage-led recovery spa on Manchester Road in Rock Hill that folds heat and cold into a longer ritual. Its Contrast service alternates an infrared sauna with a cold plunge, and it sits alongside salt-water sensory-deprivation float tanks and a massage team run on what the studio calls its Always Better Bodywork model, where therapists cap their weekly hours and trade massage with each other so they stay fresh. For the public, the way in is the 3-Hour Reset: 30 minutes of contrast, a 60-minute float and a 90-minute massage in one booking, $250 solo or $450 for a couple, with a three-pack at $600.
