Elevated Sauna, Salt, Red Light & Cryotherapy Studio

4500 E Sunset Rd, Suite 4, Henderson, NV

Elevated is a Henderson wellness studio in Suite 4 at 4500 East Sunset Road, in the Town Center shopping plaza near Sunset and Green Valley, that puts four therapies under one roof: private infrared sauna suites, a whole-body cryotherapy chamber, a halotherapy salt cabin and medical-grade red light. The sauna suites are the core: each is a full-spectrum infrared sauna with red light and chromotherapy, plus your own shower with body wash and shampoo, a dressing area, a massage gun, aromatherapy, chill towels and Netflix, Hulu or Spotify. Cryotherapy is a three-minute whole-body session starting at -184°F, with a staff member beside the chamber the whole time and a robe, gloves, socks and slippers provided. A sauna booking is a 55-minute suite slot, 40 minutes of heat and 15 to cool down or stretch, or 75 minutes for $20 more. First visits are $15 for the sauna or salt cabin and $25 for cryotherapy; after that a 40-minute sauna is $39 ($69 for two people), cryo is $40 and the 30-minute salt cabin is $29. Packs never expire and can be shared, and unlimited sauna is $159 a month ($229 for couples). Weekday Healthy Happy Hour (11:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.) drops the sauna to $25, cryo to $30 and the salt cabin to $18, and Detox Sundays bundle salt cabin, sauna and a collagen eye mask for $42. Veterans, first responders and cancer patients get reduced rates. Book ahead, especially for cryo, which requires a health screening and blood-pressure check first. Elevated was founded in honour of the founder's mother, who died of cancer in 2016, and through the Lori Roberts Foundation it still discounts sessions for people with cancer or in remission. It is now run by Las Vegas native Yasmin Dworkin, and regulars rate the cryo chamber as the best in the valley and pair it with a sauna round for a hot-cold session.
