FLOAT STL - Maryland Heights
127 Weldon Pkwy Ste B, Maryland Heights, MO
FLOAT STL's West County studio sits in a business park off Weldon Parkway in Maryland Heights, the company's second location after its 2015 MidTown original. It is the bigger recovery menu of the two: float pods and deluxe float suites, therapeutic massage, chiropractic care, Normatec compression and an Ammortal chamber, plus a private infrared sauna room for one or two people that runs around 110-135°F. There is no cold plunge here; that lives only at MidTown. Sessions are booked online and can be paid with credits bought for either location. Infrared is $40 for 30 minutes ($50 with a friend), $50 for 45 and $60 for 60, a 5-pack of saunas is $160, and an unlimited once-a-day 30-minute sauna membership is $200 a month; combo memberships that bundle a float, a sauna and a chair massage start at $69. The room is private, so a swimsuit, underwear or a towel are all fine. Doors open at 8 a.m. with first sessions at 8:30 and the last at 9:30 p.m., Wednesday through Monday; the studio closes Tuesdays for cleaning. Come here when you want quiet, solo heat and a long, unhurried reset, sauna first and then a float or massage, rather than a social sauna scene. If you want to add the cold, book a contrast session at the MidTown studio instead.
