Frost Fit is a long-running recovery clinic just off the 215 on South Eastern Avenue in the southeast valley, founded by chiropractor Jared Norman and open since 2017. It started as an 'arctic chamber' cryotherapy studio and has grown into a menu of cold, hot and oxygen treatments: a whole-body cryotherapy chamber, a cold plunge, jade and cedar infrared saunas, mild hyperbaric oxygen chambers, a red light bed, Normatec compression and a REDFIT room. Each therapy is booked as a short, stand-alone treatment rather than an open session: four minutes of cryotherapy is $40, a cold plunge of up to five minutes $25, and a 40-minute infrared sauna $50. New customers can try five treatments for $99 within a week, shareable packs run from five treatments for $179, and monthly memberships (three-month minimum) start at $169 for eight sessions, with a free vibration or body-roll session added to every treatment. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday, so it suits a daytime recovery stop more than an evening wind-down.
