Glow Sauna Studios Henderson

10624 S Eastern Ave, Suite M, Henderson, NV

Glow Sauna Studios Henderson is a by-appointment infrared and light therapy studio in Suite M at 10624 South Eastern Avenue in southern Henderson, the Nevada outpost of a Dallas-based franchise. You choose between a private infrared cabin, with full-spectrum 3-in-1 (near, mid and far) heaters, RGB light therapy, music and Wi-Fi, and an infrared solo pod, a personal far-infrared capsule that reaches roughly 150-170°F. Add-ons for a cabin session include halotherapy salt air and a red light tower, and the studio also runs a light therapy bed with red, blue and green settings. Pricing is among the most approachable in the valley: a first pod session is $15 and a first cabin session $25, then $25 and $45 for returning guests. Packs bring a cabin session down to under $20 (a 20-session share pack is $349), week-long unlimited passes start at $59, and the Ultimate Glow membership is $169 a month for up to 30 sessions with two bring-a-friend passes, with a $109 pod-and-light-bed option. Students, teachers, veterans, military and first responders get 25% off unlimited memberships. It is card only, no cash, and sessions must be cancelled six hours ahead. Glow suggests going without clothes wrapped in their spa towels or wearing a swimsuit, and bringing loose clothes to change into. Recent reviewers praise staff who walk first-timers through the studio and send them in with cold rose-scented towels, and several say they bought their package here because it cost a little less than other infrared studios nearby with comparable rooms and equipment. Hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
