Heavenly Spa by Westin sits in the clubhouse of The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort on Hutchinson Island, across the Savannah River from downtown, a short shuttle ride or seven-minute walk from the hotel lobby. Inside there are 13 treatment rooms, a quiet Sanctuary and separate his and hers locker rooms, each with its own sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge, plus the WestinWORKOUT fitness studio. Out by the river, the resort pool has an outdoor whirlpool. You do not need to be a hotel guest. A Spa Pass on ResortPass (from about $40) covers the saunas, steam rooms, locker rooms with showers, towels, bottled water and the fitness center, with parking at the Clubhouse, and every treatment booked through ResortPass bundles a pass in. Spa access is for adults 18 and over and does not include the pool or whirlpool, which need a separate Day Pass (from about $35). The spa is open daily 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas; treatment guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to change into a robe and use the steam and sauna first. The treatment side is the draw for many visitors: signature massages, organic facials, aromatherapy hydrotherapy tubs, couples suites with champagne, and multi-hour packages from around $330. Pricing is dynamic by date, a 20% gratuity is added to services, and bachelorette, bridal and corporate groups can book the whole spa.
