Kuul Club
11224 S Redwood Rd Unit 201, South Jordan, UT
Kuul Club is a recovery club on the second floor of a building on Redwood Road in South Jordan. Contrast therapy is the main draw. There are traditional and infrared saunas, plus four separate cold plunge tubs set to stepped temperatures: 50-55°F, 45-50°F, 40-45°F and a very cold 37-40°F. Every visit also includes more than 20 other recovery tools, among them red light therapy, compression boots, PEMF, EMS, massage guns, acupressure mats and cupping. Hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT) sessions come with many plans. You don't need an appointment and there's no time limit. Most members stay 45 to 90 minutes. First-timers can book a $20 intro session that comes with a walkthrough from staff. After that, a day pass costs $39 and punch cards cost $165 for 5 visits or $300 for 10. Monthly plans start at $99 for 4 visits. Unlimited access costs $249, or $129 for weekday-only plans limited to morning or midday check-in windows. Bring a swimsuit for the sauna and plunges. Towels, showers and lockers are provided. The tiered tubs are what set Kuul apart. A first-timer can start in the mildest tub and move down a step at a time, while regulars head straight for the coldest one. Members can bring one first-time guest per visit at no charge, so it works well for introducing a friend to contrast therapy.
