Magnolia Spa is the in-house spa at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront, at the east end of River Street where the riverwalk meets the hotel. It is a classic hotel spa: separate men's and women's areas, each with a sauna, a steam room, private changing rooms, showers and a lounge, plus private relaxation rooms where you wait for your therapist with fruit, snack mixes and citrus water. Robes and slippers are provided. The heat here comes with a treatment rather than on its own. There is no published day pass and no ResortPass listing; the sauna and steam are yours when you book a massage, facial, body scrub or wrap, and Marriott pitches the spa to hotel guests, so non-guests should call ahead to book a service. Arrive 20 minutes early to change and use the steam or sauna first. Cancel at least six hours ahead (24 hours for packages and groups of four or more), and expect a 20% service charge on top of the menu price. Spa guests park free, which is worth something this close to River Street. It is a good fit for couples on a Savannah weekend or a bridal group that wants a quiet afternoon between riverfront walks, with couples massages, men's services and nail care on the menu.
