Founding memberships range from $139 per month for unlimited sauna access to $299 for unlimited contrast therapy with red light upgrades and guest passes. Once the initial 150 founding memberships are filled, the studio moves to waitlist-only enrollment. The infrared sauna dilates blood vessels to increase circulation before you transition directly into the cold plunge, which constricts blood vessels for a powerful contrast effect. Each private suite ensures an uninterrupted, personal recovery experience — no shared spaces, no distractions. Open seven days a week with weekday hours extending to 8 PM.
