Melt Well Raleigh is a small, owner-run private wellness studio in Brennan Station on Creedmoor Road in North Raleigh, near Trader Joe's. It has three private spaces: a contrast suite with a Clearlight full-spectrum infrared sauna, a cold plunge and a vitamin C shower; a sauna-only infrared suite; and a room with a full-body lay-down red light bed. Contrast sessions are 60 minutes ($59 single; $35 for a guided first visit), infrared sauna sessions are 50 minutes ($45), and red light is 20 minutes ($35). Packages of 5, 10 or 20 drop the contrast price to as low as $35 a visit and last six months, and memberships range from $139 for four contrast visits a month to $249 unlimited (sauna-only from $99, unlimited $189). A guest can join a contrast or sauna session for $19 if you call ahead. Bring a swimsuit and a change of clothes; towels are provided, and on your first visit a team member shows you the controls before leaving you to it. Cancel at least six hours out to avoid a fee. Visits may be HSA/FSA eligible through Truemed. Reviewers single out the owners, who are usually on site, and the community feel. The studio hosts free events such as a Sip & Sweat morning with coffee, local vendors and giveaways.
