MVMNT Graduate Hospital is the second studio from Queen Village's MVMNT Center, set in the lower level of 2401 Washington Avenue at the western edge of Grad Hospital. Like the original, it pairs Reformer Pilates and strength classes with a private Recharge Room where you get an infrared sauna, a cold plunge tub and a vitamin C shower to yourself, and this location adds a dedicated red light therapy suite. Sauna and plunge sessions are 45 minutes in a private suite and $40 as a drop-in, according to Philadelphia Magazine; red light sessions run 35 minutes. Packs and memberships are sold through the MVMNT app and can bundle classes with recovery, so the room works best as a cooldown after a session on the reformer. Book ahead, since the suite is private and slots are limited. It's a neighborhood training studio first, ideal for Grad Hospital and Point Breeze regulars who want contrast therapy without crossing town. Philadelphia Magazine named MVMNT its 2024 All-in-One Wellness Studio.
