PALM Health is an integrative wellness club on Clayton Road in Ladue that puts a medical clinic, a fitness studio, a spa and a healthy cafe under one roof, with a recovery suite at its center: an infrared sauna, a steam room, a pink Himalayan salt room and a whole-body cryotherapy chamber, alongside BioMat and PEMF sessions and Sound Focus. It is aimed at members, but the One Day Vitality Pass opens it to visitors for $150: day-long member access with three Vitality Sessions of your choice (sauna, steam, salt room, cryo and more), the fitness center and classes, weekday cafe access at member pricing and member rates on massage, facials and IV therapy. Book the pass online or through a PALM Navigator by phone, and plan around the cafe, which closes on weekends. Ongoing access comes through the Vitality membership, which covers unlimited mind-body recovery services, and the club opens at 5:30 a.m. on weekdays. What sets PALM apart is the depth behind the heat and cold: the same building houses concierge functional-medicine doctors, chiropractors and personal trainers who coordinate care, so a sauna habit can sit inside a wider health plan.
