Pause Studio Las Vegas is the Summerlin outpost of the Los Angeles-born recovery chain, on South Rampart Boulevard. Its contrast suites are private rooms that each hold a two-to-four-person infrared sauna with a cold plunge right beside it, typically kept around 40 to 55°F, so a couple or a pair of friends can run heat-and-cold rounds behind a closed door. The rest of the menu is the full Pause lineup: float, LED light beds, cryotherapy, Normatec compression, IV drips and vitamin shots, and NAD+. Sessions are booked in 30- or 60-minute blocks through the Pause app or website. Pricing is credit-based rather than per visit: a 30-minute contrast session costs 4 credits and a 60-minute one 6 credits, with memberships from $159 a month for 12 credits (Core) up to $479 for 50 (VIP), each including guest passes and 25% off à la carte services; first-time guests get 30% off their first service. The studio's suggested rhythm is about nine minutes in the sauna, three in the plunge and three resting, repeated. Pause does not recommend the heat or cold during pregnancy. It is a polished, spa-like option for anyone in the west valley who wants contrast therapy without sharing a plunge.
