Perspire Sauna Studio Draper

11483 S State St, Suite E, Draper, UT

Perspire Sauna Studio Draper is an infrared sauna studio on State Street with private suites. Each suite has a full-spectrum infrared sauna, red light therapy, a TV for streaming during your session and temperature controls you set yourself. After the heat you can cool off in the SNØ shower, and the studio also offers halotherapy, or dry salt air. Towels and a cold eucalyptus towel are included with every visit. Sessions are booked ahead and last 40 minutes, so allow a few extra minutes to change before and after. A single session costs $39, and new guests can start with a $20 intro session. Session packs run from 4 for $129 up to 20 for $399. Monthly memberships cost $89 for 4 sessions, $149 for 8, or $189 for unlimited, and they work at any Perspire location. Sessions are HSA/FSA eligible. Because every session happens in your own suite, it suits people who are new to sauna or who would rather sweat alone or with a partner than in a shared hot room. It is a franchise studio, so members who travel can book at other Perspire locations too.
