Perspire Sauna Studio Holladay

2250 East Murray Holladay Road #106, Holladay, UT

Perspire Sauna Studio in Holladay is an infrared sauna studio in a small retail center on Murray Holladay Road. Every session happens in a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a built-in red light therapy panel, an in-suite screen for shows or music, and adjustable temperature. To cool down, each suite has a SNØ Shower, a 45°F waterfall shower that runs for up to 45 seconds, and you also get a cold eucalyptus towel. The studio offers halotherapy (dry salt air) as well. Sessions are booked ahead and last up to 40 minutes. You get the suite to yourself, so you can wear swimwear, shorts or whatever you're comfortable in, and towels are provided. A single session costs $39, and new guests get a $20 intro session. Session packs run from $129 for 4 to $399 for 20. Monthly memberships start at $89 for 4 sessions, and $189 gets you unlimited sessions with the SNØ Shower included. Memberships work at every Perspire location, and the studio is HSA/FSA eligible. This is a good pick if you want heat and light therapy without sharing a room, or if you're new to saunas and want to control the temperature and the time yourself. It's part of a national franchise, so members can also use other Perspire studios when they travel.
