Perspire Sauna Studio Lakeview is the North Side sister of the West Loop studio, on Broadway a few blocks from the Belmont Red Line in the heart of Lakeview East. Same private format: your own suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, adjustable temperature controls, medical-grade red light built into the room, a TV, and a cold eucalyptus towel waiting when the 40 minutes are up. Halotherapy can be added to any session. It is quiet, clean and built for a routine rather than a splash. Unlike West Loop, this studio has no SNØ Shower or showers at all, so it is heat and light only; if contrast therapy matters to you, book the West Loop studio or SweatHouz up the street. First-timers pay $30 for an intro session; after that a single visit is $60, and memberships run from $119 a month for four sessions to $199 for unlimited, usable at any Perspire studio. Everything is HSA/FSA eligible. Arrive five minutes early, bring water, and wear what's comfortable; towels are provided. Open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, 8 to 6 weekends.
