Perspire Sauna Studio Morrisville
2111 Village Market Pl, Morrisville, NC
Perspire Sauna Studio Morrisville is a franchise infrared studio built around private suites: each one holds a full-spectrum infrared sauna with integrated red light therapy, where you set the heat, the lighting and your own music or show over Bluetooth. Instead of a plunge pool, the cold side is a SNØ shower, a chilled cold-shower system used as a post-sauna contrast rinse, and you can add halotherapy (dry salt air) to a session. Everything is booked by appointment in the Perspire app or online. A single session is $60 and first visits are discounted with an intro offer. Packs of 4, 8 or 20 sessions run $160 to $560 and are good for a year, and memberships are $119 (4 a month), $169 (8) or $199 unlimited, which includes the SNØ shower and works at every Perspire studio. Memberships and packs are HSA/FSA eligible. Towels are supplied, so you only need to bring water. The Morrisville studio is on Village Market Place, convenient to RTP, Cary and the airport corridor, and is also bookable through Wellhub for employees whose companies offer it. The suites are wheelchair accessible.
