Perspire Sauna Studio Summerlin is a private-suite infrared studio in Tivoli Village, the open-air shopping and dining centre on South Rampart Boulevard at the edge of Summerlin. It opened in March 2023 as the Las Vegas valley's first Perspire, a franchise of the Orange County infrared chain. Each suite holds a full-spectrum infrared sauna (near, mid and far infrared) with a medical-grade red light panel and chromotherapy lighting you pick yourself, plus premium streaming for the session. Marked suites add the SNØ Shower, a 45°F rainfall cold shower for a short contrast round after the heat, and the studio also offers halotherapy from a HALO ONE salt generator. Sessions are up to 40 minutes in the sauna, with a few minutes either side to change and to cool down under the SNØ Shower and a cold eucalyptus towel. Because the suite is yours alone, you wear whatever is comfortable, from swimwear to nothing, and towels are provided. A first visit is a discounted intro session (listed at $25), a single session is $50, and memberships run from $99 for four sessions a month to $199 for unlimited IRitual access, which is valid at every Perspire studio including the Green Valley location in Henderson; 4, 8 and 20-session packs are also sold. The studio is open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, and booking runs through the Perspire app or website. Arrive five minutes early and hydrated, and bring water. After your first session the staff save your preferred temperature, colours and entertainment so the suite is set up the same way next time, which suits regulars who come in two or three times a week. Perspire is also HSA/FSA eligible.
