PLUNJ Draper
527 E 12300 S Ste A, Draper, UT
PLUNJ Draper is a small Nordic-style sauna and cold plunge studio in a strip of shops on 12300 South, just east of I-15. The setup is one dry sauna and one cold pool. The sauna runs on an electric stove at about 175–190°F, and guests can ladle water onto the stones for steam. The plunge stays at 45–50°F and fits up to four people at a time. Warm bucket showers sit between the two for rinsing off. Everything runs on booked 60-minute general admission slots of about seven people, so you reserve online or in the PLUNJ app before you come. Inside the hour you set your own pace. The suggested routine is 10 to 15 minutes of heat, a short plunge, a couple of minutes of rest, repeated about three times. A single session is $35. Monthly plans run from $80 for 4 visits and $160 for 8 visits up to $210 for unlimited, and 5- and 10-visit punch passes are sold too. Bring a swimsuit, water bottle and sandals. Towels, filtered water and tea are provided. Draper opens at 5:30 a.m. on weekdays, which suits people fitting a session in before work. Its booking calendar shows no sessions on Tuesdays, so check before planning a visit that day. Groups can buy out the studio for a private hour, and members can bring a guest by calling or texting the front desk.
