PLUNJ Herriman is a sauna and cold plunge studio in a commercial unit on Miller Crossing Drive, on the west side of the Salt Lake Valley. It runs hotter than most PLUNJ locations. The dry sauna is heated by an electric stove to about 190–200°F, with water poured on the stones for steam. The cold pool is kept at 45–50°F and holds up to four people. Visits are booked 60-minute sessions with room for about seven people each. The booking calendar lists two rooms, PLUNJ 1 and PLUNJ 2, on staggered start times, so there is a slot roughly every half hour from 6 a.m. into the late evening. Fridays and Saturdays have a 10:30 p.m. session, and the calendar shows nothing on Sundays. A single session is $35. Memberships are $80 for 4 visits a month, $160 for 8, or $190 for unlimited, plus a $130 midday plan and a $300 unlimited plan for two. Inside each hour you move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace. Towels are provided, so bring a swimsuit, water bottle and sandals. Group sessions are booked by phone.
