Project Wellbeing

7155 S Buffalo Dr, Suite 165, Las Vegas, NV

Project Wellbeing is a sports-science gym and recovery center on South Buffalo Drive in the southwest valley, where a full training floor shares the building with a serious recovery suite. On the heat side there is a high-heat dry sauna that runs 194-200°F and a far-infrared sauna for longer, gentler sessions; on the cold side, a full-body plunge kept at 39-50°F, with whole-body cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, red light, compression and PEMF on the upper tier. This is a members-only club, not a drop-in spa. The Performance membership ($279 a month) covers the training floor, both saunas and the cold plunge plus a motion assessment; Vitality ($599 a month) adds unlimited access to the full recovery suite including hyperbaric and cryotherapy. Both are month to month with 30 days' notice, payment is cash-pay only (no insurance), and the way in is a free 30-minute private tour you book online. Plan on 15-25 minutes in the hot sauna, 30-45 in infrared and two to four minutes in the plunge. It is built for athletes, people coming back from injury and data-minded biohackers: DEXA scans, bloodwork and biomechanics testing sit alongside the heat and cold, and trainers program the recovery work, not just the lifting.
