Pure Sweat Sauna Studio opened at Victory Station on East Victory Drive in December 2023 as Savannah's first studio built around infrared heat and cold plunging. Every session is private: you get your own suite with a Sunlighten full-spectrum infrared cabin that runs near, mid and far wavelengths, chromotherapy lighting and entertainment you control, and an ensuite shower stocked with natural bath products and body oil. The Contrast Therapy suite adds a BlueCube cold plunge, so you can move from 45 minutes of infrared straight into the cold and rinse off without ever sharing the room. It suits first-timers and anyone who wants heat without a crowd, since nothing is communal and you can wear whatever you like behind a closed door. Sauna sessions run 45 minutes and are booked ahead online through the studio's Mindbody portal or by calling or texting the studio. Monthly memberships are posted on the site: 4 saunas for $119, 8 for $149, unlimited infrared for $199, 2 contrast plus 2 sauna sessions for $179, or 4 contrast sessions for $259, and each membership can be shared with a designated +1 and rolls over one month. New-client offers and monthly specials change often, and HSA/FSA funds can be used through Truemed. Pure Sweat began in Nashville and Savannah is one of its outposts, so the playbook is polished: a chilled peppermint cloth after the heat, hydration during your session and a small retail shelf of skincare to take home.
