Reboot's Rockridge location brings the chain's recovery-focused lineup to one of Oakland's most walkable neighborhoods, right on College Avenue amid the cafes and shops. It is the third Reboot in the Bay Area, joining the Marina and Mission studios in San Francisco, and it carries the same clean, modern aesthetic across six sensory-deprivation float pods. Beyond floating, the studio offers whole-body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and compression therapy, making it a one-stop shop for athletes and anyone managing stress, soreness, or sleep. Each modality can stand alone or stack into a longer recovery session, and the float pods use heavily Epsom-salted water heated to skin temperature for a weightless, near-silent reset.
