The facility features three infrared saunas (including two 2-person and one 4-person), two cold plunges at different temperatures (45°F and 37°F), a 4-person hot tub, Normatec compression boots for legs, hips, and arms, and two private red light therapy rooms. Each 60-minute session flows seamlessly from one modality to the next. With a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and a beautifully designed space in the heart of LoHi, Reset makes advanced recovery accessible to everyone — no membership required, though unlimited monthly passes are available for regulars.
