Ritual Community Sauna & Wellness Space

1114 Porter Rd, Nashville, TN

Ritual Community Sauna & Wellness Space is a family-owned sauna studio on Porter Road in East Nashville, next door to Vinyl Tap in the former Old Made Good storefront, that opened December 4, 2025. Everything is built in aspen and red Canadian cedar: a Finnish-inspired Community Sauna with a traditional heater that seats ten to twelve for scheduled public sessions, two Lounge Studios with full-spectrum infrared heat for two to four people, and two Solo Studios that combine a traditional heater with infrared panels, color lighting and a Bluetooth speaker. An outdoor cold plunge was added as a pop-up for the contrast crowd, and a small boutique up front sells wellness goods. Every booking is 45 minutes. The community sauna is $25 a person, a Solo Studio is $40, and a Lounge Studio is $55 for two with each extra guest around $10-15; intro packages run $90-145 and memberships are sold through the studio's Mindbody page, where first-timers register and sign a one-time waiver. Guests must be 18 or older, towels (including frozen essential-oil towels for cooling off) are included, there are no showers, so come dressed in swimwear or athletic wear with your own water bottle, and park on the street. Groups over eight should enquire through the website for a private hire of the whole community room. The owners run it like a neighborhood living room: monthly after-hours album listening sessions in the sauna, Sweat + Sound sound baths with Svana Sound, Sweat + Stretch yoga nights, all priced around $45 for non-members and a bit less for members. Early Google reviews call out the clean rooms, the welcoming family behind the counter and how approachable it is for people who have never sat in a sauna before.
