R+R Wellness (Recharge and Replenish) is the fifth-floor spa of the Grand Hyatt Nashville, the 25-story tower at the foot of Broadway in the Nashville Yards development, a few minutes' walk from Lower Broadway and the Frist. Opened with the hotel in 2020 and run by ISM Spa, it is organized around a five-element 'journey' that starts before your treatment: you blend your own scrub and body oil at the aromatherapy bar, take it into a private steam room, dry off in the men's or women's sauna, and settle into one of three co-ed relaxation lounges with a hydration station before a therapist collects you. The design is bright and contemporary rather than hushed, and the fitness center and rooftop pool are on the same level. The Spa Pass is the way in without a treatment: a 30-minute touchless session on the Wave table or the Aescape robot plus the saunas, steam rooms, lounges, locker rooms and complimentary valet, at $100 Monday to Thursday and $150 Friday to Sunday for locals ($65 / $105 for hotel guests). The spa is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day and adults only; the pass and treatments are booked online or by phone, and memberships run $300 to $450 a month, the base tier giving unlimited facility, pool and gym access. Bring a swimsuit if you plan on the rooftop pool; robes and slippers are provided for the spa itself. It is the most expensive day-pass heat in Nashville and the most complete hotel version of it: ResortPass reviewers score it above 9 and single out the lounges, the steam and the touchless massages as the reason the pass feels worth it.
