Santa Monica Proper Recovery Suite

700 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA

The Recovery Suite at Santa Monica Proper is the hotel's newly refurbished wellness room inside the Proper Club — a $4M spa + fitness rebuild that launched in May 2025. Each appointment moves through a full course: a session inside the Ammortal Chamber (a $160,000 infrared-plus-sound-vibration bed), dry sauna, cold plunge, red-light therapy wall, and Hyperice compression tools — all in a private, hotel-grade suite. Pricing starts at $180 for 60 minutes, $220 for 90 minutes, which puts this solidly in the luxury tier. It's open to hotel guests, Proper Club members, and locals who book directly. Best for a special-occasion reset, a meaningful out-of-town visit, or anyone curious about the Ammortal Chamber without joining the members-only club. Book via Guest Services, online, or through the Proper Club portal. Note the entrance is on 7th Street, not the Wilshire frontage.
