SubZero Wellness is an independent recovery studio in the Long Road Crossing center in Chesterfield Valley, best known for whole-body cryotherapy and rounded out with a private infrared sauna, Normatec compression boots, red light therapy, a Theragun Pro and massage. There is no cold plunge; the cold side is the cryo chamber, a few minutes of dry, sub-zero air. It suits athletes, weekend runners and anyone who wants a quick, private hot-and-cold routine in under an hour. An infrared sauna session is $40 (packs of 3, 6 and 10 bring it to about $23 each), cryo is $50, first-timers can try cryo, Normatec or red light for $25, and the Wellness Trifecta lets you stack any three services in one visit for $99.
