Sweat Equity is a social fitness and recovery studio in the Las Vegas Arts District, a few blocks off Charleston on South Commerce Street. Alongside a room for yoga and sculpt classes it runs an aspen- and cedar-lined sauna with glowing under-bench lighting and a cold plunge, set up so a workout can roll straight into heat and cold, or so you can skip the class and just come for contrast rounds. It is one of the cheapest ways into a sauna and plunge in the city: a drop-in sauna and cold plunge visit is $25, a $45 day pass bundles a class, sauna, plunge and towel, and an unlimited sauna-and-plunge membership is $99 a month (full unlimited with classes is $159, and new members get the first month for $59). Five-visit punch cards are $100. Book through the studio's PushPress page and arrive about 10 minutes early for classes; towel service is a paid add-on, so bring your own if you are dropping in. The studio leans into the community side of sauna culture with its own event series: house-music sauna parties with a resident DJ and 360 sound, guided sauna rituals, hip hop yoga, and a comedy night staged inside the sauna itself. The space is also rentable for private events.
