Sweat It's Summerlin North studio is a private infrared sauna studio in Trails Village Center, the neighbourhood shopping centre on Village Center Circle in northern Summerlin. It is the original Sweat It, a locally owned Las Vegas brand, and the setup is simple: you book a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna (near, mid and far infrared) with red light therapy built in, a TV for your own entertainment, towel service and a few exercise options for people who want to work a little in the heat. Each appointment is 50 minutes, roughly 40 in the sauna and 10 to get dressed and cool down, and staff sanitise the suite between guests, so be on time. New clients pay $25 for the first session. After that there are packs (5 sessions for $129, 10 for $199, 25 for $399, bonus sessions included and valid six months) and memberships at $89 for 4 sessions, $149 for 8 or $189 a month for unlimited, honoured at both Sweat It studios. Wear as little as you are comfortable with, remove lotions and makeup first, and drink plenty of water; it can take up to 20 minutes to start sweating on a first visit. This location is heat only. For a cold plunge, book the sister studio in the Grand Flamingo Centre on West Flamingo Road, which adds a private plunge room for contrast sessions.
