Sweat It's Summerlin South studio sits in the Grand Flamingo Centre at 9809 West Flamingo Road, near the 215 in the southwest valley, and it is the one Sweat It location with a cold plunge. The format is private: you book your own suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna and integrated red light therapy, towel service, entertainment and a few exercise options, and you can book a separate private cold plunge room with its own shower. A sauna appointment is 50 minutes, about 40 in the heat and 10 to dress and cool down, and a plunge appointment is 15 minutes; book both back to back for a contrast session. New clients pay $25 for the first appointment. After that you buy packs (5 sessions for $129, 10 for $199, 25 for $399, each with bonus sessions built in) or a membership at $89 for 4 sessions, $149 for 8 or $189 a month for unlimited, and either a sauna slot or a plunge slot counts as one session. Memberships and packs work at both Sweat It studios. Wear as little as you like in the sauna (a towel, gym shorts or a swimsuit all work), bring a swimsuit for the plunge, remove lotions and makeup first, and arrive five minutes early.
