There is no shared sweat room: every booking gets a private suite with a full-spectrum infrared sauna (around 140°F), a cold-plunge tub held near 48-50°F and a vitamin C-infused shower, plus Bluetooth speakers and a TV, all finished in the brand's clean, high-end look. Sessions run 60 minutes and you set the rhythm yourself, typically two or three rounds of sauna and plunge before a shower.
