SweatHouz Media

1127 W Baltimore Pike, Media, PA

SweatHouz Media is a private contrast-therapy studio in the ground-floor retail of the Eleven33 apartment building at the Promenade at Granite Run, the redeveloped Granite Run Mall site. Franchise owners Carrie O'Donnell Ratz and Peter Ratz, who also run SweatHouz Wilmington, opened it on January 14, 2026 with 10 private suites in about 2,100 square feet: most fit two people and one fits up to four, each with a full-spectrum infrared sauna (around 140°F), a cold-plunge tub at roughly 48-50°F and a vitamin C-infused shower. A single-person red-light therapy room was also planned. Sessions are 60 minutes, booked online, and you run your own rounds of heat and cold in privacy. At opening, a first visit was $40 and drop-ins $80, with session packs and monthly memberships on offer. The owners planned daily hours of 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests had to be at least 14, with teens accompanied by an adult. The four-person suite makes it one of the few spots in Delaware County where a small group of friends or family can do contrast therapy together without sharing the room with strangers.
