SweatHouz Upper Dublin
1099 Market St, Dresher, PA
SweatHouz Upper Dublin brings the chain's private contrast-therapy suites to the Promenade at Upper Dublin shopping center in Dresher, opened by owner Greg Peluso with a grand opening on February 5, 2025. Each suite holds a full-spectrum infrared sauna (around 140°F), a cold-plunge tub chilled to 48-50°F and a vitamin C-infused shower, with Bluetooth speakers and a TV so you can run your own playlist. Sessions are 60 minutes in your own suite; the studio suggests two or three rounds of sauna then plunge, finishing with the shower. A single session is $80 and new guests get a discounted intro. Five- and ten-packs run $299 and $499, and monthly memberships range from $89 for two sessions to $249 for unlimited with two guest passes. The studio is open seven days a week; book online in advance. It is a convenient after-work or post-workout stop for Fort Washington, Ambler and Upper Dublin locals, private enough for a first-timer and easy to share with a partner.
