Sweet Water Spa is a second-floor day spa on West Broughton Street in Savannah's Historic District, open since 2011, with a European-leaning menu of massage, facials, body wraps, nails and chakra work. Infrared sauna time sits on that menu as a warm-up rather than the main event: guests describe spending time in the infrared sauna before a facial or massage on a full spa day. The sauna appears on the spa's published menu inside the Rejuvenation Day package ($450 for four and a half to five hours with treatments), and it is not clearly sold as a standalone session, so call ahead if heat is what you are after. Everything is by appointment, with a 24-hour cancellation policy (72 hours for groups of three or more). The spa is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays; street parking is paid Monday to Saturday and there are two garages within a block.
