SWTHZ Tribeca

30 Warren St Unit B, New York, NY

SWTHZ Tribeca is the chain's first New York City location — a flagship at 30 Warren Street, Unit B, slated for Spring 2026 opening. SweatHouz operates the standard SWTHZ format around the country: private contrast therapy suites, each with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge, and en-suite vitamin-C shower for 60-minute self-paced sessions. Tribeca will introduce a new format alongside the standard private suites: a 'party suite' for groups of 10 to 20, designed for corporate events and wellness gatherings. The founders rate is currently bookable at sweathouz.com/tribeca-book-now/ for early-access pricing. SweatHouz plans up to 12 additional NYC studios across Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn over the next several years. Watch the SweatHouz Instagram for opening date updates and the official launch event.
