The Spa at Green Valley Ranch by Well & Being

The Spa at Green Valley Ranch sits inside Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, about 20 minutes southeast of the Strip, and is run by Well & Being, the same operator as the spa at sister resort Red Rock. The wet side is a classic resort set: a Swedish dry sauna, a wet steam room and a hot therapeutic whirlpool, with an outdoor spa pool, a relaxation lounge and a fitness center with classes. Every treatment booking includes unlimited use of those amenities for the day, so the usual move is to arrive 30 minutes before a massage or facial and work through the heat first. A day pass for the facilities alone has historically been about $100 for non-hotel guests and $50 for resort guests Monday to Thursday, waived with a treatment. Henderson locals who come often can take the $300 month-to-month membership, which covers weekday access to the spa facility, lounges, fitness center and private spa pool plus one seven-day pass a month. The spa is 18 and over, provides robes and slippers, and is open daily 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is no cold plunge listed here, so if you want contrast therapy, Red Rock's identical membership adds a cold pool; Green Valley Ranch is the quieter, closer option for the east side of the valley.
