Third Space Co

2480 49th St. Unit E, Boulder, CO

Third Space Co is a community-focused social bathhouse in Boulder, Colorado, built around the principle that contrast therapy works best as a regular ritual shared with others. The space offers a Finnish-style sauna and cold plunge in a relaxed, conversational format — the antithesis of the silent, high-end spa. Programming includes guided sauna sessions, breathwork classes, and community gatherings alongside the open access bath time. The vibe is accessible: members of all experience levels welcome, with attendants on hand to walk first-timers through the contrast cycle. Pricing is intentionally modest to encourage frequent visits over one-time treats. Best fit for someone moving to or living in Boulder who wants a regular thermaculture practice tied to a community rather than a fitness-recovery routine. Memberships make ongoing access affordable; drop-ins are welcome to test the format before committing.
