Urban Sweat WeHo

724 Merritt Ave Suite 105, Nashville, TN

Urban Sweat WeHo is the brand's Wedgewood-Houston studio, in a suite on Merritt Avenue a few blocks from the galleries, breweries and the Framework sauna house that have made WeHo Nashville's recovery district. It grew out of the Nations original almost immediately: a friend offered Kristen Nicholson space here about a month after the first studio opened in 2022. The offer is the full Urban Sweat menu, each piece in its own locked private suite: lay-down infrared pods (30 minutes) and a walk-in infrared cabin (40 minutes), 20-minute red light sessions, a 15-minute cold plunge appointment in water that gets down to 39°F, and infrared lymphatic rollers, the compression-style recovery tool that runners and athletes book between races. It is now the brand's flagship Nashville listing on its own locations page and gift-card store. The studio is the easiest Urban Sweat for a shared visit: cabin sessions take a second person for $10, and Google reviewers call it "a clean, relaxing space perfect for a date spot." Hours run later than the other studios, to 8:30 pm on Tuesdays, which pairs with the half-price Tuesday sauna special. Pricing is the same across the Nashville studios: a drop-in pod session is $50, a cabin session $60, red light $35 and a plunge $25, with first-timer rates of $40, $50, $25 and $15 respectively and a three-visit intro pack of saunas for $80. Memberships run from four pod visits a month for $65 up to unlimited pods ($300), unlimited cabins ($400), unlimited plunges ($220) or the all-in Triple Threat ($550); a 7-day all-modalities pass is $250 if you are only in town for a week. Sessions are HSA/FSA eligible through TrueMed, and Tuesdays are half-price sauna days. Book ahead through Vagaro or the MindBody app, drink water before you arrive, and bring a swimsuit and earbuds; towels are provided and you are welcome to sauna in the buff behind your locked door. Guests must be 18 or older for the sauna and red light. Parking is free and easy around the building. The studio carries a 5.0 Google rating across dozens of reviews, with the staff coaching through the plunge the thing people mention most.
