Wellness Sauna & Cryotherapy is a recovery studio in a strip center on East Flamingo Road, east of the Strip near the Boulder Highway end of town. The core of the place is a set of private rooms where an infrared sauna sits beside its own cold plunge, so a contrast session happens behind a closed door rather than in a shared circuit. Around that it stacks a long menu of add-ons: localized cryotherapy and cryofacials, a steam oxygen pod with red light, a zero-gravity dry float bed, red light therapy and Power Plate vibration training. Everything is booked by appointment through Vagaro, which makes it a good fit for couples or anyone who wants the heat and cold to themselves. Per-service prices are not published on the studio's site; regulars can join a Silver membership ($195 a month, one service a day) or Gold ($295 a month, two services a day), and visitors can book a ResortPass Wellness Spa Pass from $135 that covers the infrared sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy and more. Bring photo ID if you come through ResortPass. The studio is open seven days, until 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and its reviews lean heavily on how quiet and well kept the rooms are.
