Yuan Spa is downtown Bellevue's long-running luxury hydrotherapy destination, set in a serene multi-room facility just off 106th Ave NE. The hydrotherapy circuit moves guests through a 100°F hot soaking pool, eucalyptus steam room, a 70-85°F cool pool, cold drench shower, and a chromatherapy cedar dry sauna — a complete Eastern-Western fusion of bathing modalities. The broader spa menu spans Warm Bamboo-Fusion massage, Lomi Lomi, cupping, Chinese body scrub, Gua Sha, Thai herbal massage, Ashiatsu, HydraFacial, and a full waxing and nail menu. Hydrotherapy access is bundled with most massage and treatment bookings ($35 for one hour with a service; $29/hour additional time) and runs co-ed for guests 18 and up. A mature spa with a serious therapeutic-bathing tradition — a different center of gravity than the East Side's newer infrared-and-plunge studios.
