Altered States Wellness Glade Parks is the brand's first Tarrant County studio, opened in late March 2026 (grand-opening day March 28) in the Glade Parks center off SH 121 in Euless, near Belk and the Cinépolis theater. Franchisees Rich and Nicole Peterson run it with their daughter Bri as general manager, and it is the first Altered States to add a walk-in salt cave: salt on the floor and walls, LED star lights overhead and a movie-theater sound system for halotherapy sessions. The rest follows the brand template of private rooms, two float cabins themed Oasis (a lush escape) and Cabin (cozy and grounded), two Fire & Ice rooms pairing an infrared sauna cabin with a cold plunge and a Vitamin C shower, a Theralight full-body red-light bed, and a Lab room with a PEMF mat, compression boots, red-light bands, BrainTap headsets and two massage chairs. Everything is appointment-based and behind a closed door, which makes the Fire & Ice room a gentle entry to contrast therapy: the sauna runs to about 165-170°F, the plunge to roughly 40-45°F, and staff set a comfortable starting point and suggest rounds. A Fire & Ice contrast session is $39 for 30 minutes or $59 for 60 minutes (add a friend for $19); a cold plunge alone is $29 (10-pack $99), an infrared sauna session of up to 45 minutes is $39, and The Lab is $29/$49 for 30/60 minutes. Memberships run from $109 a month (Calm State, 2 credits) to $319 for Peak State unlimited, with a three-month minimum. The salt cave is $39-59 for 30 or 60 minutes. Towels are provided, swimwear is optional in your own room, and a beverage bar pours kombucha, kava and hydrogen water afterward. Hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The studio hosts free sound baths and takes group bookings of up to 20, including full-studio takeovers for bachelorette parties and corporate teams, and it sits a few minutes from DFW Airport, which makes it a practical layover reset.
