Anatomy Aventura opened in January 2026 inside The Abbey at Aventura, next to Aventura Mall, and at 26,000 square feet over two floors it is the largest club Anatomy has built. Frossard Fernandez Design laid it out as a training club with a serious recovery wing: the Sanctuary holds two hot plunges and two cold plunges for contrast work, a spacious Finnish sauna big enough for guided recovery sessions, a eucalyptus steam room and cold showers. It is a members' gym, aimed at people in north Miami-Dade and south Broward who want to lift, take a class and finish in the heat and cold under one roof. The Sanctuary is open during club hours, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends, and you move between the plunges, sauna and steam at your own pace. A single-club membership is about $279 a month on an annual plan, and an All Access tier ($355 annual, $385 month-to-month) adds every other Anatomy club. There is no published day pass, but you can request a complimentary guest pass online to try it. Parking is free and unlimited, and the locker room comes stocked with Malin + Goetz products and Dyson dryers. Anatomy calls this one a social wellness club, and the indoor lounge is built for hanging around after a session. Membership includes a benefits package with a functional assessment, a stretch session, a red light or PEMF session and a VitaSquad vitamin infusion, so a first month here is a good way to sample the whole recovery menu.
